What we collect

Your email address, plus anything else you enter in our forms, including your answer to any follow-up question. We also record which advert or link brought you here, when that is in the link you followed.

Why we use it

To tell you about Snug, as you asked, and to find out whether people want it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request and assessing demand. If you tick the box, we also send occasional product news based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We count page views and button clicks as daily totals, grouped by advertising source and campaign. Those totals aren't linked to you. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse and isn't stored in our records.

If we contacted you first

We may email people at companies about products relevant to their work, using business contact details from the source recorded with your entry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in telling businesses about our products. You can opt out at any time using the link in any email, or by replying, and we'll keep your address on a do-not-contact list so that we don't email you again.

Email tracking

Our emails contain no tracking pixels and we don't record whether you open them. We record whether an email was delivered or bounced, and whether you replied or unsubscribed.

Who handles your data

Cloudflare hosts this site and stores form submissions for us. Resend sends our emails to people who signed up, and our email mailbox provider sends other business emails. These providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

We delete submissions and lead records no later than 12 months after we receive or last update them. If you opt out, we keep your email address only to make sure we don't contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@snugcompany.shop. You can also complain to us or to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
